We have just added content to celebrate 2007, the year of the Blingee. Happy New Year!

Christmas came a little late but we finally got our new server to spread the love a bit more. Sorry for you putting up with a slow site, and the error pages over the last few days. Bling on now :-).

Blingee.com has been very slow over the last day or so… we are aware of it, sorry for the inconvenience. It has come to a point where we had to order new servers. Things are coming along fine and we should definitely be back up to normal speed for your New Year Blingees!

There are pictures and moments that sometimes we just feel like keeping to ourselves… but they still deserve a little bling ;-)… so, we have just added highly requested privacy settings for your images. Enjoy!

We have just made a few updates, the most requested one being support for more image files… if you had trouble uploading some of your JPG pictures, this is for you, you’ll love this, it’s fixed! A few more updates coming up over the next few days include the ability to delete pictures and keep some of you content private. Stay tuned ;-).

Over the last 24 hours, the load on our servers has steadily increased as you all are trying to get blingee’d for Christmas. We have made up to 60 Blingees per minute! This has slowed us down considerably, but we are right here making everything stay up and working on ways to improve Blingee.com. So, please bear with us, you might come across an error page or have to reload a page… but don’t let that stop you from making those blingees! We are sorry for the inconvenience, and are working 24/7 to ensure a smoother ride. Happy Holidays!

In the spirit of the season we have added dozens of Christmas stamps. We have also added a new Ecard feature for you to send your own unique greetings to your loved ones. This year, send a Blingee Ecard with your personal touch! The Ecards are private, and customized with your messages. We are sure they’ll love it!

We still have a lot of things to do before we officially release the Blingee beta, but we don’t want to prevent you from playing with it much longer :-). We just flipped the switch on… play with it, and send us some  feedback!
